KNOW WHAT TO EAT AT ALL TIMES, INCLUDING TRAVEL.
My health coach was able to help me work toward these goals by:
SARAH TOOK ME TO NEW PLACES THAT I DIDN’T THINK WERE POSSIBLE. I GOT TO 195 [POUNDS], CUT OUT SUGAR, KNOW HOW TO EAT IN ALL SITUATIONS. CUT OUT BAD OILS AND EVEN MY BELOVED CHILLI CRUNCH.
The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been:
SUGAR. NO MORE SUGAR, THAT IS A GODSEND.

OUR ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS ARE INCREDIBLE. HER NOTES ARE GREAT. I RE-READ THEM. SHE HAS GREAT IDEAS. SHE CHANGED THE WAY I TRAVEL. I PACK MY FOOD BEFORE EACH FLIGHT FROM EREWHON; SMALL HACKS THAT TURN BIG.
